How long are the sessions? Standard personal training sessions are 60 minutes long, focusing on a mix of strength, mobility, and your specific goals.
Do I need my own equipment? Depends on your path! For those who choose to visit our facilities, not at all! Coach Nick provides all necessary equipment for your sessions. Just bring water, comfortable shoes, and a positive attitude. For those who choose our online programs, we can meet your exercise needs based on the equipment and memberships you have.
Is there a refund policy? Yes! For training sessions, please be sure to ask Coach Nick for full details, generally, for in person monthly subscribers, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. This allows us to offer the slot to another client and respect everyone’s schedule. In person monthly subscribers are allowed one (1) make up session per month so long as we are notified 24 hours in advance.
What is your refund policy? For training sessions, the refund policy changes depending on the best package for you and wether you prefer one of our online programs or would like to meet in person.
